When the client receives notifications about events by email, the Cyrillic letter header is formed incorrectly.

Test emails from the Post SMTP plugin do not have this problem. I also wrote to hosting support, and after checking, they said that the hosting mail server generates the header correctly and the problem is probably in the code or the settings of the theme itself.

Can you check it out?
