When you cancel your subscription based plan (Starter or Pro) or don’t renew after the first year, you can keep using Voxel on your site indefinitely and no theme features will be impacted as long as you don’t remove the license key.

However, access to customer support and updates is restricted after your subscription period is over.

This does not apply for non subscription plans (Lifetime deals)

If you don’t activate Voxel on your site, certain Voxel features will be locked.

You can upgrade your subscription by visiting the subscriptions page.

Open the order and click License information accordion, then click View available upgrades

Voxel does not require any premium 3rd party plugins.
