A client just confirmed on a paid subscription (Plan A) but my site notification states that they switched to the “no plan” plan twice for the price of the “plan A” plan. Why is this happening? How do I know what the client sees? Can someone please get in my system to make sure the client is seeing the right information? The payment has been made and there is no “no plan” for the amount indicated in Plan A. So, I’m just very confused.
