Claiming post issue

I captured a couple of issues. Some of them can be because of my poor implementation but some of them may be bugs. Would be really grateful if you could fix things that do not work on my site :(

 

1) When the user is logged in he can send the form to claim a listing.

Claiming pricing set to subscription – user pays in recurring intervals..

User case: Have the “add 1 listing” account and I already have a listing approved. I requested the listing claim. Result: on the admin panel I don’t have the option to approve or reject. The user can’t cancel the request. 

2) So the user updated the plan from “add 1” listing to “add 3” listings. Not the admin should be able to approve, right? No.. Still no icons to reject/approve :(

 

Basically, the request is stuck, the admin can’t reject/approve, and the user can’t cancel. Not sure if it blocks anyone from trying to claim it but it still is annoying :(

 

Correct me if I’m wrong but when you set the claim listing to a subscription you need to meet the requirements to have 1 listing. Is that correct?
