I was running into a problem with an error when trying to upload 4 images (when the max was set at 7 and 4,000 KB), but these were small files. So I checked ALL file formats and increased the size to 15,000KB – to ensure that I would not have a problem. Now, all of my messages were erased and I get an error that “There was a problem  Please try again.” Did I lose all the chats? The site is live and clients have received the chat message and will be expecting to log in and respond. Please help me understand what the issue is, how to fix if it happens again, and whether I can get these messages back! Thank you!
