We are experiencing an urgent issue when posting comments on your platform. When attempting to post a comment, the system shows the following error message:

“There was a problem. Please try again.”

However, when we refresh the page, the comment appears to have been successfully posted. This is causing confusion for our users and impacting engagement.

Could you please investigate this issue and advise on the cause and a possible resolution?
