I’ve noticed an issue with how the plan state is being displayed for users currently in a trialing status.
When a user is on a trial (for example, the All Access plan with a 30-day trial), the plan selection page still shows the “Buy Plan” button — even though they’re already assigned to that same plan and their Stripe status is set to trialing.
Expected behavior:
• If the user’s current plan = the plan they’re trialing, it should display something like “Trial Active” or “You’re on this plan” instead of the purchase button.
Current behavior:
• The Buy Plan button still appears for that same plan, which can confuse users and make them think their trial didn’t activate properly.
Details:
• Stripe integration is active and synced.
• The user’s subscription status in Stripe is trialing.
• Tested with both logged-in and refreshed sessions — the UI still shows “Buy Plan.”
Could you please confirm if this is expected behavior or if there’s a setting/hook I should adjust to hide or relabel the button when status = trialing?
Thank you!
