I have disabled all digital payment methods such as Stripe and Paddle, as I don’t want to use any online payment gateways. However, I would still like to use the promotion feature in combination with the offline payment option.

The issue is that once I disable Stripe or Paddle, all prices are automatically displayed in USD (US dollars), and this string is not translatable.

Additionally, for paid listings that are set to €0 (free), I would like to skip the payment step entirely and redirect users straight to the post creation page, instead of sending them to the order summary when the total amount is zero.
