2 issues here with activity timeline:

1. Timeline replies are throwing an error “There was a problem. Please try again.”
But when you refresh the page, you see that the reply posted successfully. This causes users to post duplicate replies

2. Image attachment previews showing blank, so users can’t preview the image they are about to post.
