I know that there is a global setting that allows you to see only posts from people you follow in your timeline. This is very useful for seeing only posts from people you follow in your user news feed.

However, there are also cases where you want to see public posts from users in general. These are then also not visible, as the cross-page setting applies here. It would be very useful to be able to change this setting not globally, but each time in the timeline element itself, in order to be more flexible. Is that possible?

In my case:
– showing in user’s newsfeed “just following posts”
– showing on profile pages “all posts” even if you don’t follow that profile (if the user wants it’s posts hidden, there should be used a mechanism like switcher fields public / private and then hiding the timeline…)

Is there an option that I have overlooked?
