As per the (very long, sorry) title: after creating an alternative header or footer template to apply to the standard WordPress post archive page, this is not applied. Neither by selecting “Is Post archive: all” as the condition, nor by selecting “is page” (in my case …/notizie), né by “Dynamic tag” (URL contains…).
