I have set a “Regular” product type, turned on the addon and Data input there, but have not added the addon types, but at the same time added data input types and have disabled the base price.

Setting: I did this. E-commerce > Settings > Offline payments > Manual: Order is approved manually by the vendor.

Then: Orders > Orders are managed by> Product author.

I have two user types, 1st one is “Homeowner” and 2nd one is “Pros”
Pros can add a listing, and in the listing submission form, I have added a “Product” field. When a “Pros” creates a listing and enables the product switcher, it means that “Pros” is the author of the product, am I correct? But when a “Homeowner” visits that listing and fills out the data inputs of that product and places an order, the order should show in the “Pros” dashboard because he is the author of the product, and as we enabled orders to be managed by product author, then “Pros” can approve or reject the order.

But in my case, orders only show to the admin, not visible in the “Pros” dashboard. What is the issue there? Is there any step that I missed? Please solve this issue, and orders should be visible in the “Pros” dashboard if someone places an order from their listing, because I chose “Orders are managed by product author”.
