Hi Arian,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m currently setting up a WordPress Multisite installation where the main domain is used for marketing, and a subdomain runs the actual app using Voxel.

When I tried to activate my Voxel license on the subdomain, I received this message:

“The website activation limit has been reached for this license key.”

Just to clarify — Voxel will only be used on one sub-site within the same Multisite network (not on multiple websites).
Could you please reset or adjust the license so I can activate it again for this setup?
