For first image, the setting I apply was “Order by Rating” but as shown in picture 1, the higher rating post was behind of the lower rating post, may I know how can I fix this?

And other than that, for the post review on 2nd picture, may i know is there any filter for it to show, which post have the highest score on certain review categories?
