Question about Paid Listing Voxel 1.7

  • Posted 2 months ago

Hello everyone,

I have a question about the new “Paid listing plan” option introduced in the upcoming live version 1.7. I’ve read the latest documentation about V2 of the beta, but I’m afraid I haven’t found the answer, or perhaps I misread it.

If a user subscribes to a listing plan that only allows the publication of one post, is it possible for them to upgrade their single post to a higher plan? Without this affecting the possibility of subscribing to a new plan to create an additional post.

I will try to explain the scenario I am currently facing with user subscription plans.

Basic Plan: User can publish 3 posts.
Premium Plan: User can publish 10 posts.

– On the Basic plan, I set some limited functionalities for a published post. For example, the listing will not have any timeline.

– On the Premium plan, the listing can have its own timeline.

In this scenario, we assume that if the user upgrades from the Basic plan to the Premium plan, the timeline will be visible on all of their published posts, whether they have published 1, 3, or 10.

This implies that we cannot assign new features solely at the listing level.

So in other words, can upgrades or downgrades be managed per listing? And can user have multiple subscription plans ?

First listing : basic plan
Second listing : basic plan

Upgrading :
First listing : basic plan > premium plan
Second listing : still in basic plan

Best regards
