Would a client‑side redirect to WhatsApp also work with Voxel dynamic tags?

When you have cart details and wish to sent the order to a predefine listing WhatsApp number, when the button is pressed then the cart info is included with: https://wa.me/?text=.

Of course no data would be stored as a completed order this way i guess.

Any suggestions?
