Hello,

I have a user who chose a free listing plan. (Confirmed in Assigned Plans).

Returning to the submission page, the user sees “Pick Plan” again under Free Plan and a click on it shows “This plan can only be purchased once.”

This is happening to all three test users who chose a Free plan.

Please advise.

Also is there a way to remove or revoke a plan from a user?
