There is an app event called “Post approved” however when you change the post submission settings to “Pending review” the app event “Post approved” disappears. Is this correct?

So in “Pending review” mode a user updates a post and it is submitted for review then they receive a “Post updated” notification straight away even though the post has not yet been approved, then when you do approve and publish the post they don’t receive a notification at all.
