I would like to create a new platform using Voxel, but before starting I would like to be sure from what demo I should choose.

This should be a local community platform where:

1. It is possible to GIVE IDEAS to be realised in the city where we live.
Those ideas can be voted by the community users, similar to this one https://getvoxel.io/feature-requests/
How is it possible to make it?

2. It is possible to REPORT PROBLEMS in the city, filling the fields and adding them on the map. In this way other people can see them.
They can also be added with red icon on the map that will become green when the problem will be fixed by the council.
The admin should change the progress:
Reported > In progress > Reported to the council > Take-charge > Fixed

Can the listings work for this purpose?
