I need your expertise once again!

I have noticed something strange. When I go to my mobile archive page (designed as in your YouTube videos), you can see that the map view is also scrolled if you have scrolled your post feed. So, if you don’t scroll the post feed and go to the map, you see the map aligned to the top. When you go back to the post feed, scroll a little, and then go back to your map feed, you can see that the map is also scrolled up.

Could you please explain to me how this is possible?

Also, I can’t figure out why my filter button on the top is not overlapping my header. The Z-index is greater than the header, and still, it’s not shown over the header.
