I am using Voxel Theme version 1.7.5 and I am experiencing a critical issue where essential configuration settings are completely missing from my backend. I am trying to set up a commission-based marketplace with a “choose one of three post types for free” limit, but I cannot access the necessary toggles.

The issues are as follows:

Post Type Editor: Inside the “Edit with Voxel” screen for my custom post types (Stays, Pet Services, and General), the “Submissions” tab is missing. There are no options for “Submission Logic,” “Monetization,” or “Listing Plans.”

Product Types: In the Ecommerce > Product Types settings, when a product is set to “Listing Plan,” the toggle for “Always use this product type” or “Is listing plan” is missing.

User Roles: Under Voxel > Structure > User Roles, the “Post Types” tab is completely missing for the Subscriber and Host roles, even though “Enable user registration” is ticked.

Voxel Settings: Under Voxel > Settings > Paid Listings, there is no “Submission Logic” dropdown available.

I have confirmed that “Paid Listings,” and “Product Types” are enabled in the Add-ons section. It appears the theme is not recognizing my custom post types as “Voxel-enabled” post types, but I have no button to “Sync” or “Enable Voxel Features” for them.

Could you please investigate why these core Voxel menus are hidden in my installation?
