quick question: In one of your demo versions (the doctor website: https://wordpress-868296-4492679.cloudwaysapps.com/orders/
), when I click on the details page of an order, I can start a chat with the vendor.

I imported the demo to my own site, but I don’t see this chat option on the order details page. Could you please let me know where I can find this setting?
