Hi Voxel Team,

We’re preparing to migrate an existing WordPress site that uses Paid Memberships Pro (PMP) with Stripe as the payment gateway, over to Voxel, which will also be using Stripe for subscriptions and payments.

We’d like to confirm the best approach to transfer existing active members and their Stripe subscriptions without requiring users to manually re-signup or re-enter payment details.

Specifically, could you please advise on:

Whether Voxel supports importing existing Stripe customer/subscription IDs from PMP.

If so, what data fields or mapping are required for a seamless transition.

Any limitations or recommended process to ensure recurring payments continue uninterrupted.

Whether this can be handled through Stripe’s API or if Voxel provides a migration utility or endpoint for this.

Our goal is to maintain all existing active subscriptions and billing relationships in Stripe while transitioning membership access to Voxel.
