Issue_> I cant find “Membership” in the backend anywhere.

I am trying to follow the youtube tutorial (that walks through the whole directory site set up) and I am encountering that since the creation Voxel has been updated so where things are found or how they are named have changed slightly .
I can manage through so so with some searching/googling, but now I have reached part ”

I have no “Membership” option in my back end menu, and I am unable to complete through. I didn’t see the same issue getting dressed here on the forum (and there were no comments under the video either) so I am not sure if I have just missed something obvious. Nevertheless, I am stuck. I se something similar to what’s on the video under 2 different places but its spread out (across different sections) so I need help. I find the feature very appealing but as it stands looks like wont be able to use it without help, please view my backend screenshot for reference
