We’re currently beta testing the WA4V plugin that Huy just released (woocommerce-addon-for-voxel-1.0.0.4). During testing, Huy suggested that the issue we’re encountering might be related to our site. Today, our team investigated the issue thoroughly and noticed that when logging in via Voxel, the WooCommerce session isn’t created. It only initializes when logging in directly through WooCommerce – and oddly, we have to log in twice. Upon logout, the WooCommerce session is correctly deleted.

From what I’ve observed, the theme uses JavaScript to activate cookies and sessions. I tried initializing the WooCommerce session via PHP during the theme’s login process, but that resulted in a backend error. At this point, it doesn’t appear to be a WA4V plugin issue, but possibly something related to the Voxel theme itself . We’re running the latest version (v1.7.1).

I know that this now borders on 3rd party support issues, but could you please check if this might be a theme cookie issue? Otherwise we will have to abandon the WA4V plugin and wait till someone designs another option to solve our ‘Offline payment’ gateway issue.
