I’m contacting you regarding my website built with the Voxel theme.
For the past few days, I’ve been trying to solve a problem related to order management, but I haven’t found any working solution yet.

I’ve developed an e-commerce platform for the Algerian market.
Each merchant can create an account and publish their own products.
Since payments in Algeria are mainly made via Cash on Delivery, I have activated the “Offline payment” (Cash on Delivery) option and completely disabled Stripe.

Here’s the issue:
When a vendor adds a product and makes a sale, the vendor does not receive any notification and cannot view or manage the orders they have received.
All orders are visible only to the platform (administrator), not to the vendor.

Our goal is to allow each vendor to see, accept, or reject the orders related to their own products.

We’ve checked all the available settings.
In the E-commerce section, we’ve activated the option “Orders are managed by product author”, but despite that, the orders are still linked only to the platform and not to the vendor.

Could you please let me know if there’s a solution or an additional setting to allow vendors to directly manage their own orders?

Please note that we are only using Offline payments (Cash on Delivery).
