I recently ran into an issue where a listing owner tried to update their bio which is limited to 2000 characters. She was at 1997/2000, but when saving received an error that the bio field can’t be longer than 2000 characters. She ended up having to go down closer to 1970 characters to get it to save.

I tried using a generic “lorem ipsum” text with paragraph breaks, and it worked just fine.

However, when I added in an ampersand, and kept it at 2000 characters, it did not work. So, I think it might be something about the ampersand?
