Issue with “Add to Collection” Button After Bulk Adding Items in Collection Setup Page

Hello Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well. Thank you for your continued support.

I am facing an issue with the “Add to Collection” button behavior during bulk adding items via the Dropdown Menu inside the Collection Setup page.
• When I manually add a single item from outside the Collection Setup page, the button updates correctly (the text and icon change according to the item’s status: added or not added).
• However, when I add multiple items at once using the Dropdown inside the Collection Setup page, I notice that some cards correctly show the button as active (added), while others do not update and still appear as if the item has not been added.

Example cases:
• Card A: The item is added and the button shows the active state correctly.
• Card B: The item is added but the button does not show the active state (it looks like it’s not added). When I click the add button again, it confirms that the item is already linked to the selected collection.
• Card C: The item is added and the button shows the correct active state.

Additional notes:
• The relationships are saved correctly in the database.
• However, for the cards where the button state is not updated, the issue persists even after manually refreshing (Reloading) the page.
