I hope you are well.
We have identified an issue when selecting “Buy Plan.” I’ve created a test business account, and when an end user attempts to purchase a plan—either while claiming their business or selecting the business owner pricing—the process does not proceed as expected. Please see the attached screenshot for reference. We would appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause and resolving this issue.
Additionally, we would like your advice on the best workaround for managing one main business with multiple locations, where each location requires different contact information. Could you please advise on the recommended configuration or approach within Voxel to support this setup?
