How can I create a support system similar to Voxel on my website? Should I use a new CPT or a Timeline?. I am looking a setup as below:-
What Users Will Experience
Log in and Go to My Tickets
Users can only see the tickets they personally opened in their help center
Submit a new one linking ticket with their already submitted orders or check existing ones
View replies and updates from the support team
Receive status changes (Open, Pending, Closed)
What Admins Will Experience
Admins can see, update, or respond to all tickets from the backend
View each user’s issues clearly
Update status and add replies
Track history and maintain internal notes
Please let me know if this is possible?
