I have paid listings plans and i have created 2 free packages so that the new users try out the website before selecting a package with payment.

I have 2 types of users. personal and business

At the pricing plan page i have set visibility rules, so that the subscriber gets to see the free plan with 1 slot and the business role gets to see the free plan with 3 slots.

Last period i have noticed more than 3-4 times the issue of a subscriber getting 3 slots instead of 1 slot. I thought that i had mistaken used the same free plan on the subscriber but i double checked and this is not the case….

The problem is that i can’t replicate the issue. i registered as subscriber, tried with email and with google login, and the plan both times i selected as personal user was with 1 free slot.

Today again happened on order Order #1275 – My solution so far is that i edited the limits of the order and manually set on 1 slot.

I can’t imagine any way how they can get the 3 slots since the visibility rools are correct.
