Hello,
I have a suggestion regarding the management of listings, specifically for users who subscribe to a limited-listing paid plan (e.g., a plan with a maximum of one live listing).
Currently, it seems that if a user is limited to one live listing, they can still create an unlimited number of drafts.
My Suggestion:
To prevent unnecessary data clutter and storage of irrelevant files, it might be beneficial to limit the number of drafts a user can create based on their subscription tier, or at least based on a reasonable cap (e.g., maximum 3-5 drafts per live listing slot).
The rationale is simple:
While the user is limited to only one active listing, allowing unlimited drafts might lead to:
Data Overload: The system gets filled with numerous unnecessary files and data from tests and discarded drafts.
User Confusion: Users might accidentally clutter their own workspace with drafts they only created to “test the waters” and never intended to complete.
A policy that restricts the number of drafts (maybe just the ability to create new ones once a certain threshold is reached) would encourage users to be more intentional with their creations and help keep Voxel’s backend cleaner.
Best regards,
