Sellers are independent entities, but under EU regulations, they must attach their T&Cs and Right of Withdrawal policy directly to the order confirmation email. Sending links is not legally sufficient.

Although we don’t manage their daily business, disputes affect our platform’s reputation. To solve this, we need to ensure compliance.

The Request: Is it possible to attach the specific T&Cs and Withdrawal Form files (uploaded by the seller) to the automated order confirmation email? ideally, we need a dynamic field within specific ‘App events’ that allows us to include and send these respective files.
