I’ve had a few users with the same error when trying to submit listings (events and businesses). Users that have had the issue have been using different browsers and both different post types events and businesses and has happened on both mobile and desktop.

What I have observed is that it appears the post seems to be submitted on the backend. When I check I’ll see 3, 4, ,5, 6, of the same post where it appears the user is hitting submit and it submits the post but they see an error and the post is not actually posted/published but visible in the backend though.

When I see these multiple posts I also see the multiple images where they tried to submit multiple times.

I have not been able to replicate the issue on my side and looking to see what else I can do to track down the issue when it does happen again.

The error just says “There was a problem. Please try again” so not much to go off of. Any thoughts?
