Simple, one CPT (business) then few categories (Laundry, Restaurant, Bars, etc) how I can create different single post template per category?

I tried override the single post with rules but seem not working.

this allow me to create an unique template per category and allow the general search show results of any business in the platform because there is only one CPT.
