Date Picker not working after update to Voxel 1.4.2.8

Hi Team,
After update tonVoxel 1.4.2.7 or 1.4.2.8 the date picker is not showing when used on the registration page only.
I get the following error in the console « pikada is not defined ».
It still works fine on the directory page using the filters
