Hi,

I’d like custom a default title for CPT “Formations” with dynamic tag from create post fields.

Each formation created by user must have a specific title depending on switcher checked or not.
And this title must not be edited by users.

1) So, I imagined a conditional logic with “text fields” and switcher.
Please find on my screenshot the list of these fields.
For example : If switcher “niveau 1” is checked, so my field “taxonomy” is checked automatically (with correct child term) and the field “TEXT titre-niv1” too.

2) But the problem is about the title display in back office, in the URL (permalink) and meta title.
On the default field “title” on the create form, I’ve tried to put any prefill value with dynamic tag but it didn’t work.
Please find the second screenshot for this part.

I want to show this order in my back office thanks to dynamic tag if it’s possible :

Formation date (from date formation field) + type of formation (child term from taxonomy field) + user’s first and last name

So for example : if my formation lvl 1 will be on december 12th,

I’d like to have : 2025-12-12-formation-niveau-1-John-Smith = as title on my back office formations list

And I’d like to have the same flexibility for permalink. I already have already permalink manager.

I know it is a complex needs but if you have any suggestions or tutorials for this installation, it will be great.
