I’d like to clarify how the Paid Listing Plan subscription system works in Voxel.
When a user has an active subscription for a listing plan (e.g. “Basic Plan”) and decides to upgrade to a higher plan (e.g. “Premium Plan”) using the “Switch plan” feature, could you please confirm the following points:
1. Does the new subscription (Premium) simply get created alongside the old one (Basic), or does the system can automatically cancel the previous subscription?
2. If both remain active, does the customer continue being billed for both until the previous subscription is manually cancelled?
I’ve read through the documentation carefully, but couldn’t find a clear answer to this specific case. I also encountered this situation on a recent Voxel project, where a user had switched plans multiple times and ended up with several active subscriptions — even though, logically, a listing can only be attached to one plan at a time.
