01 is there a quick way to set up child theme for Voxel so that I could keep updating theme without losing my settings?

02 EXPORT / IMPORT =
if I buy and then set up multiple voxel themes on a number of similar websites, is there a way to export the settings from one theme install to another (similar website concepts in different names/urls)
