Image 1 – shows the orders results after purchasing a “not free” ad and a Create Ad button is available

Image 2 – shows the Listing Plan options and the Free Ad is the first block

Image 3 – If the Free Ad is selected, the order doesn’t include a Create Ad button… WHY?

Image 4 – If you click the View Plans button at the bottom of the order from Image 3, now the Free plan doesn’t show up any more.

Image 5 – Order activity shows both options, but clicking the Free Ad still doesn’t show a Create Ad button anyplace.

I want any user to make as many free ads as they want. What is keeping the Create Ad button from appearing?
