Blocker in Job Application Submission

Hi Team,

There are two listing types involved:

1. Job

2. Job Application

The Job Application creation form is displayed inside the Job single listing page and allows users to submit their job application relevant to the job and their background. This is implemented using a post relationship via the @page(id) dynamic tag.

With the default membership plan, the Job Application listing type is assigned in a way that allows any logged-in user to submit a job application. This approach was discussed and finalised in several previous support cases, and it worked well, with the submission form displayed on the same page.

However, it was recently noticed that instead of allowing submission, the form now displays the message “You need a plan to proceed.”
This appears to be due to enabling paid listing features, which was also discussed with you across multiple support cases (unfortunately, some of those cases are no longer available for reference in my support portal).

As a result, we now have a blocker preventing job applications from being submitted.

Appreciate it if you could provide a solution or guidance to resolve this issue.
