The post tags in the app events dynamic editor are always the tags for the “post” post type. Meaning, even if you have a CPT called doctors and you are editing app events e.g editing email sent template for approved doctor listings, the tags in the dynamic editor still show for the “post” CPT. I use Voxel to manage “posts” so not sure if this also happens for sites that don’t manage posts with Voxel
